Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

SmartVCard provides digital services such as virtual business cards, WhatsApp stores, hosting, and subscription-based tools.

Since our services are delivered digitally and instantly, no physical products are shipped.

As SmartVCard offers non-tangible digital goods, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, activated, or used.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product features and demo versions before purchasing.

We issue refunds only under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.

Technical Error: If a system or technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing your account or service, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you may request a refund.

Service Not Delivered: If the purchased plan is not activated within the committed timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued if:

The user simply changes their mind after purchase.

The service has already been used, accessed, or customized.

Issues arise due to the user’s internet connection, device, or third-party interference.

Refund Process:

Subscription Cancellations:

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your SmartVCard account.

Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for remaining days in the billing period.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet: Check your bank account or payment provider again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
